i'm about 91kg now

Just eat until you are full and you will be fine try to eat as clean as possible carbs like oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, bananas, apples etc, fats like olive oil, avacados, almonds, protein, fish, lean beef, chicken, milk and the muscle will pile on.

today i had 3 shakes of
200gram fine oats
2 scoops protein isolate
each shake is 900kcal and 80grams protein
then for dinner a plate of pasta and a steak

depends on your activity levels... 3000 kcal a day is plenty for me to grow if im sat on my ass all day... which with you being unemployed is probably what you are doing most days now? So should be plenty....
