I can only speak for myself, but my form improved a lot and the chest has become more swoll as well. The constant tension is incredible for a Saturday night out. Whores loves a solid pumped chest. (Arms #1 still ofc).
So for me, I probably cheated in my movement when I did regular presses. Was harder to cheat with one hand presses.

It depends who're you comparing with. Take Brach for ex. I'd bet that dwarf will crash far earlier, even tho' he's younger.
Overall - having more lean muscless mass into an old age is considered to be a marker of an increased odds of survival. That if he'll down size somewhat as the time goes by, and judging by the way he looks at his age, he certainly knows how to effectivelly manipulate his body with hormones.

Nope. What I'm saying is Freeman is a steaming pile that couldn't build muscle with what nature gave him so he (like Coleman and so many others) resorted to drugs. And not just "drugs" but a ridiculous cornucopia of drugs in mass quantities that would make Beldar Conehead rethink his idea of "mass quantities" and that once he's done, he's finished.
Got any use for a used condom? Didn't think so. That's what Coleman, Platz, Glass and many other former "greats" are now. And Freeman will soon be. The truth isn't always palatable but that doesn't make it any less true, does it? And before you (might) comment about "why are you on a sight devoted to bodybuilding and so against drugs?", I will say this:
Why not? Someone has to be. It has gone too far and most here know and accept that truth.

Yeah... he is doing that because this field is based on doing exactly that - using hormones to grow muscle. I still can't see how is that somehow "insightful" that he'd loose what he has if hormones are discontinued. ??? Everyone has some kind of loss if given enough time in the area they are good, I thought it's a common sense. Eventualy even life is lost... oh wow

Poor dude is super tall but also super balanced, which is ironically something that keeps guys from getting looked at. He's the bathroom selfie Mr. Olympia for at least 5-6 years running. He can hang with a prime parking lot Mr. Olympia (Dennis James, 3-4 weeks out of comp wearing a y-stringer) any day of the week.

I actually liked these videos, and usually, I find them extremely dull.
Here's a guy who has a plan, is able to speak to it coherently, and executes what his plan is.
We can all dispute his methods, but I find his approach to be far more refreshing than a video of some guy going in and mindlessly doing exercises.
At least with Freeman, you might learn something. If nothing else, you see how a man can tailor a plan to his body.
