I have been dealing with Tennis Elbow for about 2 months. Anyone train through this injury and how long before it heals up? Getting frustrated. when it starts to feel better I go light on curls. 25lbs. low reps and only one set. The next day it's sore again.

Outby, I've never had Tennis Elbow, ...but this might be a bit more helpful

At least I got a response...lol. I decide to go for amputation. That should fix it.
