MMM3 is currently spinning on my pc pre-workout..   I dig Levrone's focus and quite intensity..     






I just decided I'm going to SQUAT TONIGHT!!!!!!     Lightweight!!!!!

Shawn Ray looked amazing in the Final Countdown.   That man along with Kevin Levrone should have a Sandow on their mantel.
