Post by: Jr. Franco on January 21, 2006, 09:57:56 PM
Hey my buddies are telling me that if I loose like 15-20 Lbs, cuz im cutting right now I just finished bulking I obtained my goal. I will look bigger when im more cut cause u have more curves, thats how it works right. To a certain point anyways.

More curves?  That's usually something a woman wants...  Maybe more muscle definition?

Eat all the doughnuts you can get your hands on and fry everything else. That will make you look bigger :)

personally i don't think you look bigger i think you just feel bigger and tighter. But witha shirt off being ripped definatly looks better.

depends on how big you are right now.
If your 180 and drop to 160 you'll likely look a lot better but overall smaller ..... now if your 300Lb that's a different story.

The thing is you'll also loose a lot of strength ....... nobody seems to point that out.

If your goal is to look leaner go for it, your bench will come back next time you bulk

go ahead look leaner but i don't think you should sacrifice the things that make you muscular like your bench. If you have a max bench of 275 and becuase you wan tto be lean you cut carbs and calorise drastically and your bench goes down to 205 or less...you cutting wrong and losing too much muscle.

agreed YATES!!!  cutting too quickly can make you look like a string bean in no time!  Now that im cutting....i dont want to lose any more than a pound a week...anymore than that and i get pissed cause i know im probably losing muscle.

If you want more curves, you can always buy some of those underpants with the built-in glute pads. Those are cool. They sell them in the back of MuscleMag International. ;D

I feel bigger when i'm bulking in the off season and I'm throwing heavy-arse weight around.    I feel tiny when I'm cut up.  But you do look better.
