Too much fruit.
Stick to fruit in the first meal and maybe after training.

nothing wrong with a lot of fruits etc it's healthy but i dont understand your goals here. doesnt seem to be much solid meals. just one large meal per day at 5 from what i can see? are you on a weightloss diet or what? you need to calculate or at least estimate total amount of calories per day

fruit is better after training?...i usually eat an orange before i train.
-
my goal is weightloss, should i be eating more?

If I'm not mistaken, you have a significant amount of weight to lose, do little to no weight training (or are very new to it), and do a lot of cardio. I think a Zone type of diet would suit you better at this time.

I think you should eat more carbs. Oatmeal, Rice or Pasta. As you lose weight you have to reduce your calories so you don't want to be eating too little from the start.

The 8 & 11 meals should include some protein, maby a shake or a can of tuna, piece of chicken, steak or any protein source. No carbs or fats without protein.
