Title: Anti-inflammatory foods and adequate protein needed to thrive.
Post by: Rami on April 17, 2014, 03:17:38 AM
So that you are not inflamed, and you will grow up and be very strong and remain very strong.

So that you are not acidic, and will not leach from the bones, and not become decrepit and broken as old age sets in.

Inflammatory and acidifying, heme containing foods are high risk. While a high quality whey protein isolate is even better as they are not as acidifying or inflammatory, if you really want that much protein or trying to diet or something.

Potato protein has a complete amino acid profile but you need a lot of potatoes, but you can ad green peas and rice. Never ever go low carb.

I wish someone could have helped or at least try to inform the Inuits so that they didn't have to suffer from all of this.

Salmon & Sardines contain EPA & DHA. Those two omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation. Plus those 2 fish are high in protein.

Yes, however, like most concentrated protein sources, fish is generally very acid forming.

surprisingly chicken was the worst inflammatory protein.  Lamb is considered one of the best.
