Kai sure is agile and has a really impressive control of his body considering how massive he is. He's more of an athlete than those two fitness hipsters it seems (just look at their ab work...).

His presence and focus when training is also very impressive, it even comes across on video. Reminds me of the flow state, as described by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
