Cash can sometimes complicate thing. I paid my down deposit in cash and they checked me up and down for weeks. Had to pull years worth of bank statements and shit. Not sure if it's because I look like a drug dealer or if everyone has to go through the same shit. Pissed me the fuck off.

I can tell you guys how to get your docs through without trouble.....basically how the whole doc checking process goes through
