Went to a show this weekend ..got sick. Didnt do the showI have another lined up in4 weeks. I want to get leaner..I over did the cardio...2 hours a day. Burning over 1500k will taking in about 1200 calories a day. I know it was stupid. Went up to 150mcg and 120mcg of clen per day. Question is should I hold those amounts or go lower.also I m going to bump my calories up to 1500

The point here is to get shredded. I was behind in my diet and don't mind suffering. I went zero carbs for days.I m thinking going on 60g to 100g of carbs daily. 300g of protein. I m 229 today after pigging out yesterday. Any advice would be appreciated

Also is there any benefit to running some growth peptides for the final few weeks for fat loss

If your 5 percent body fat your already shredded, post up a few pics please.
How much t3 and clen do you intend doing in the next weeks? 150mcg is high, you will burn muscle on that dose unless on a big course.

Go down to 100mcg then? I just have the slightest bit of fat next to the spinal erector. I also want shredded glutes. I will try to post some pics. I them on my cell phone..does anyone know how to post pics from ur cell phone ..I have an android

I think at 5 percent you should see your glutes but hey I dont worry about % anyway I just go by what I see in mirror. Yes I would suggest lowering it to 100mcg, you could run the clen as high as 200 mcg per day.
I hope your protein is high, fat is still in your diet and you can still train intensely with the weights. Dont run yourself down too much and dont stress, just do what you have to do.

:oI have cuts in my glutes when I do a side chest flexing my hamstrings ..but. i know I need more. How high should I keep my fats because I m weak and my workouts suck..thanks big ro for all ur help

I cant say a specific number of gms but enough to bring you out of this weak feeling, your workouts are always important. Some egg yolk, avacado, a spoon of olive oil on salad, some salmon,a tsp of natural peanut butter etc

how are you only burning 1500kcals?
if you're 4wks out and still have some to lose, I'd jack up the tren and run the t3 and clen at 100mcg each. even with high androgens, a high dose of t3 will leave you lethargic during workouts, you just gotta push through them and get your #'s.

Burning 1500 calories with cardio alone is alot..atleast I thought.

Big To I took your advice. I bumped up my fats to 100grams carbs are 30 protein is at 300grams. 100mcg of t3 120mcg of clen

Calories are higher of course but my leg workout tonight was great ..didn't do cardio. I'm 4 weeks out this Saturday. Will start back doing cardio tomorrow or Thursday according to how my legs feel.

I plan on bumping up Clem 10mcg a day till I get to 200mcg

Sounds good, with carbs that low you will need those fats without them stopping you getting more dialed in.

Thanksfor replying big r o. You are right...I bumped up the fat today for back day..had a great workout. I started cardio again..i did 20minutes. Going to bump it 10minutes or so every other day..
What is your competition weight and height RO? My guess is 240's..saw a pic of u on here of u at some point..I remember thinking 240..u looked great btw
