Not impressive at all. You want to see something pretty impressive, Look at Big Ach go from 265 lbs to stage ready in 16 weeks, leaner and much bigger and lifetime natural than your friend.

GREAT TRANSFORMATION!
Obviously, he won't be able to look that lean year round but nonetheless awesome for that moment in time. Be it for a few weeks or a few months but eventually he will hold more body fat.
I like to know the following:
1. His cycle
2. His diet
3. His training

I don't know about being obtainable naturally, and if so it is certainly not obtained "easily". I haven't seen a natural with a midsection like that before, at least not with any degree of muscularity

He has a fullness across the chest and shoulders where naturals appear more stringy at that level of condition, IMO....
I'm sure certain individuals can accomplish, but I don't think its the norm.
