Not exactly relaxed, but we all know what Simpleton meant here. Truth is anyone in shape arms down would do a descreet light abs check for a pic....its no different to smiling to the camera, you dont totally relax your face before a pic other wise you'll look like this:

Judging by some of the photos posted here, there are some odd ideas regarding what is relaxed. Seems like an oxymoron to pose flexed and call it a relaxed pose. If one is relaxed, essentially they aren't posing and they definitely shouldn't be flexing.
