Title: Pls advise me on "natural" substances I can take to get jacked

IS testosterone gonna be good, what about GH? Are they all natural with no side effects?

I noticed a small bump, but then it kinda settled back down again. Kind of a let down. On a related note, I did find another supplier of "research" Cialis...
