perpetual period ,3 kids,job'lot hrs'i just fit it in 4 days and sometimes 5..i have home gym too..

One of the few places where one can feel like a man anymore.
Mostly it is just a place to let out some steam!
Oh, I don't mind if I look better as a result but at least I feel better.

Not go above my usual 6% BF, bench 520 for 15 (I'm stuck at 12) and get my 40 time down 4.21 (I'm also stuck at 4.35). Persistence.
