Stupid fucking bitch. What is it with people who think they can give their full attention to the task of driving a car, but fuck around with their phones at the same time? I see it all the time - especially young women. That idiot girl in Australia from last week who hit the cyclist is another example.
Here in Germany the police will check your phone records if you're in an accident to see if you were driving and texting at the same time.
Fuck anyone who doesn't drive with full concentration. It only takes a second to kill someone when you drive a car.

Unless he's a sociopath, I'm guessing he feels awful. I doubt he gets the image of her car coming at him out of his head unless he never saw it for some reason...He probably got out of his truck and went up and looked at her. PTSD can stay silent for years...
