Sorry if I seem to be a time-waster because I'm so stupid. I've never in my 56 years joined a forum. All I know is that I recently started working out for the first time in my entire life. I'm pretty clueless but my motivation is to meet bodybuilders of any age and to have a good time. If anyone has the patience to give advice to a newbie I'd be very appreciative. There might even be a free protein shake in it for you! Thanks, Jim. (P.S. haven't even figured out how to add a profile pic (avatar?) yet!)

Hey buddy! Welcome to GB. If you're a fan of bodybuilding, weight training or the general culture (more like gay subculture) surrounding the bodybuilding lifestyle, YOU'RE IN THE WRONG PLACE. May I suggest bodybuilding.com or perhaps anabolicminds.com? This perversion of humanity known as GetBig is not for the faint or heart or anyone interested in actually learning anything meaningful about bodybuilding. This is a Zoo for humanities rejects. Most of these people do not even work out regularly and some frequent posters dont even have active gym memberships. Hope this helps!
