Police in central Ohio have charged a woman with theft for stealing a bright yellow stuffed animal from the grave of a 14-month-old baby.
Frieda Kay Shade, 54, turned herself in to Ontario, Ohio, police Wednesday night.
Several people had identified her as the woman seen on hidden camera video footage that cops posted online.
