Title: 2014 Ferrari LaFerrari
Post by: Skeletor on April 29, 2014, 03:24:37 PM
Finally after Ferrari's gag order, the review by Steve Sutcliffe... What an incredible machine, listen to that noise:

The battle with the P1 should be epic.

bb related: nice every day car, easy to afford and maintain without a ton of money.

Just look at what the prerequisite was to be considered by Ferrari as a potential buyer for one of the (sold out) 499 examples:
you needed to have bought a minimum of two recent Ferraris via the dealer network from new, and have owned six in total in the last 10 years. (i.e. average getbigger)

With the big three (Porsche 918, Mclaren P1, LaFerrari) and one surprise (Koenigsegg One:1) there will be some epic battles.

The LaFerrari wins on sound, that muc I know.

I think the main battle will be with the P1. The 918 will probably be some milliseconds behind and this will make it look like it's "slow" (if one can call a car with a 'ring lap of 6:57 slow).
The One:1 is a dark horse (and perhaps another "final" edition Zonda might show up).

We all know the real race is on the showrooms of Dubai, where Ferrari rules.

Since the Pagani Huayra is turbo'd, I think Pagani might do a extreme version of it, like they did with the Zonda R and current Zonda Revolucion.
