Title: Are incidents of secretly recorded private conversations going to skyrocket?
Post by: Royalty on April 29, 2014, 04:57:17 PM: First Mel Gibson now Donald Sterling.... Secretly recorded at their home's.

Is recording private conversations and selling the content even legal? I think it's illegal in California. (I could be wrong).

With cell phones everywhere; nobody can be trusted.

Both Gibson & Sterling said some idiotic & racist things... But ... They didn't break the law.

It's kinda scary that somebody can illegally record you at your home.... and then sell the content to the highest bidder

Got to be very careful. I think most people if they were recorded 24 hours a day would say something offensive that could be misconstrued and twisted. Particularly in this politically correct world where people aren't entitled to opinions.

These were two rich, egotiscal and arrogant mofos who had hot gfs...that only were with the men for the money.
The problem that these dudes didn't think due to their own arrogance, is game recognize game. They were cold, callous men who got involved with young, cold, callous women.

I'm just not sure if secretly recording a person, and then selling the recording is legal
