found this video its about 30min long so its a long download about 10-15min.. It shows him training quads and he must have like 30'' quads and he's only 22 years old. Reminds me of Flex Lewis abit, same build and height..

How much does he squat? Last plate closest to the camera says "15" which would be 15kgs (33 pounds) where as I asumed he was using full size plates?

YOu guys are just upset that he's bigger than you and younger than you. Unless your balding, roids really have nothing to do with how "old" you look. You may look bigger, hence the apperance of age by way of having more muscular development than the average pant sagging 22yr old wuss. Im 23, people often think I'm much older. This has been happening since I was like 17 too. I've seriously asked a few people why, and they just say its cause I'm bigger ;D

It looked like 6 plates a side so 12x33+45=441lbs
Not bad but not anything extraordinary for a guy his size.

Yup. And the same people make the mistake that because you are ripped and cut that you are also stronger then those that are not. Example: weightlifters and strength athletes vs. competitive bodybuilders.
And by the way, are "off-season" bodybuilders any more or less stronger then those that are at the peak of competitive form?

Ab, I dont know.... But my freind who won two natural shows and then place 4th in the California one week later was squating just about the same weight he did off-season... bout 5 and half bills for just a few less reps. And I mean he was dieted waaayy down.

his reps were for shit on the leg press. 3 inches movement at most.
