I think I am becoming an addict if I dont have caffeine for one day I start to get headaches, must be that dam nano vapor that I take before workout but I need the energy in the mornings, not sure what to do here.

Honestly, just take a break from it. No real other way around it. You will find after a few days, you will have more energy in the gym than you thought you would. There is a big psychological component to the ritual of the pre workout.

Swap out the nano vapor with a couple of shots of expresso. Then cut out coffee during the rest of the day. Then -- if needed -- deal with the expresso. I am also addicted to caffeine, but it doesn't vex me much. It's part of me now.

I have two tubs of nano vapor cost me about 100 bucks at gnc I cant just throw that shit away, maybe I should just finish it then dont buy anymore.

Or just take half the dose for a few weeks, then quarter dose, etc.. until you finish the tub and wean yourself off it that way.
On a side-note, preworkout supps are expensive! $100 for some caffeine and a few aminos?! I'm glad I drink coffee or a sugar-free monster preworkout, very cheap ;D

If you just can't go without your morning cup of coffee, go half decaff for a couple of weeks. Then 3/4 decaff. Try lower caffeine stuff like tea instead. The idea is to slowly come off it without just dropping it altogether because that will lead to a head fog. Same with your pre-workout - go with 1 scoop, half scoop etc

I haven't had caffeine for probably 10 years or so (and yes that includes chocolate) and I'll tell you that the first month was nothing but nasty headaches and now I don't even miss it.

2 small cups of coffee plus a couple 200mg caffeine tablets first thing in the morning and then another 200mg sometime during midday.
Nothing too extreme but I'm with some of the others in this thread when I say it might be a bit too much.

I was off caffeine for over 1 month cause it got to the point where I could take 400mg and felt nothing, so yesterday I took 100mg and felt a bit of a buzz and today I felt nothing with the 100mg so its like my tolerance is going to build up fast again, what do you guys take for energy.

Wasn't advice, just what I've done, sometimes do... depends on how you train. And yes many competitors are drug addicts. I'm just being honest, why lie. To many people do. And yes most are addicted to pills.

A typical workout, at 170 bodyweight might be working up with doubles to 385, 400 if pushing it .All pauses on chest start at 225 5 second breaks between sets. Followed by weighted dips start at 5 45 lb plates and down to 3. 5 second breaks between sets. Then incline 315 for triples.
Never more than 5 second breaks. Finish with tris and done.. With the adderall and yohimbe finish fresh. Sometimes go flip the tire... without it
