hi! im a 16 year old boy and i was wanting to know if 700 calories [none from any meat ] is enough to gain any muscle on i dont want allot of muscle i just want to look well built

Lay out a typical day of eating, i.e. what you eat and how much. I'm willing to bet you are taking in more calories then you realize... but If I'm wrong, son, come on! 700kcl per day is not even enough to provide energy for basic bodily functions.

seriously, almost all of us on here will take in 700 (give or take) calories at breakfast
