Title: Dr. Fist Update Pics 1 May 2014-SHREDDED!!!!!!

Ran into the good Dr. at the local corner check cashing store. He looks amazing. Had to snap a few pics to let you guys know what he's been up to and how he's doing. Looks incredible and says he's following a diet of ice cream, oats, wheat grass, malts and liver tabs every night. I told him its paying off and that I'll share the success with the board of haterz that banned him because he was too legit. His flow is back, he's ready to hit the beach when time permits and he's staying out of trouble. Dr. Fist IS ALIVE AND WELL!!!!

And remember...there's a little Dr Fist in all of us, its only when we tap into that potential we unleash the wild physique.
