I'm having an issue which I initially started noticing a couple of years ago. Everytime I do close grip bench press, I get this strange pull on my middle lower abdomen which travels down to my groin, by the second set this results in a semi hard-on. Lately however, I've been getting raging erections.
I'm sure other gym members noticed it....funny feeling as I am not thinking about sex, it feels like taking a viagra after sex, no desire, just a large stiffy, veins throwbbing an all, usually subsides once I take deep breaths and go for a quick walk to the water cooler and strech.
Anyone experience the same or have any theory as to why this happens?

unless your gym is full of bunnies
it doesnt look very good having a rock hard erection in a gym full of guys
try wearing loose training kit that doesnt cause friction while repping
or wank yourself unconcious prior to training

Gona run mast prop at 300mg a week, and 50mg TBOL
This pic below I made 3.5 weeks ago, its about 9 weeks difference between the two. I nromally cut nearer the summer but this year I quit all gear and training hence had a harder task of regaining my shape and lean out. Looking to keep going until August as my peak hopefully have skin tight waist line and more muscle def.

Not quite there yet but will be once I'm done. In the pic I was taking test e as well (250mg/week), had water fluctuation issues which should resolve soon.
