I wouldn't say it was necessarily dietary weakness, but these days I don't really see the point to feel like constant shit have all other areas of my life affected cos I feel like death all to get jacked for a few weeks which is not sustainable long term anyway.
Would be quite happy looking swole and hard at say 12% BF without wanting to jump of building and 98% of girls really don't give a fuck if your 8% BF or 12%BF so long as you look athletic and good.
I had some trouble kicking Cheetos (American, salty crap junk food) when I was trying to dial in my diet a few years ago. It was a daily struggle. I did finally willpower it away, but it wasn't easy.

I mean to give you an idea my resting heart rate now is like 90bpm...no joke, before it was in the 60's during the day and 40's in the morning...lol

Gear is less forgiving of junk food, both in terms of health and appearance. Bloat will be non-existent for a natural, but a cheat day will make a juicer look like shit for a good 1-2 days.
If you wanted something salty, why not eat a couple eggs or something with some nutrients?

Yeah kinda true not to mention my fucking blood pressure goes through the roof but having said that few days later when its gone its like as if nothing happend and I end up leaning out just as quickly as the bloof came on.
I definitely do think juice makes way more food go into the muscle than fat though so far based on my limited experience.
You're certainly right, you'll be able to assimilate more nutrients on the sauce. But consider this: your body will make more efficient use of food as well, it'll put the calories "in the right place" so to speak....in other words, you don't necessarily have to eat much more.
And yeah, beware of junk-food induced bloat for both health and aesthetic reasons

If your body say's "hey man I need a bit of salt" you better listen to it and give it what it wants.
Cravings are your bodies natural way of telling you it needs something or there is an imbalance that needs to be rectified.
Today I craved something salty (save the cock jokes, I am one step ahead of you) :D
Wotsits have only 96 calories per pack, 1g Protein, 10g Carb's and 5.8g fat.
I did nothing wrong and have nothing to feel guilty about.

I don't like the steak but the chicken is nice.
Also I wanna replace the pasta with white rice and put onion on it.
Also can I have one can of coke or at least one cup pinapple juice with that cos I need little sugar to absorb the food I don't know why but if I eat rice and chicken without something sweet it get stuck in my stomach.

yeah you need to make a few standards meals you like that have a lot of protein and build your routine around them
