Say what you will about Rich's dishonesty regarding his obvious SEO abuse and ugly tattoos, but he never stopped this low.

forgot about those 'kodak'moments,,those should labeled and filed under 'open with care 'and in dark room..

Oh, and bodybuilding video with shitty metal music in the background #28548775 of peace.

Is there any variety in these things? I've yet to see one that has good music or better yet, no music. Just training.
