Title: For lunch I had 3 lbs white potatoes, then I started workout, then I got a cramp

I was doing well, but after half an hour I did bent over rows and my toes started to cramp up a little bit because of the strain on the calf muscles because of the balancing act. I didn't mind but I rather not have this happening. Should I add more salt, what could I be missing?

Too much po-po in one sitting... and if its causing you issues... you are not getting rid of it correctly. Time for a kidney check up.
