Title: 5 x 20 bent over dumbbell single lat rows, no cramps.

and no hoisting the weight either, just controlled lat contractions. I have adapted to high White potato diet now. You must have none or very little fat with potatoes or it wont work very good. And some salt, and green beans and a quarter avocado at the end.
