They pretend like there arent already tons of laws on the books for this. Must be 21 and up to purchase a handgun..one cannot legally buy a gun with criminal record/bad mental health record...fed background checks are done for every legal gun sale..many states have much, much stricter requirements and outright ban many common types...one cannot legally enter any federal or state building, tons of other places either, and any any privately owned establishment can disallow carrying if they wish.

But no...'anyone can buy a gun and take it anywhere' ::)

Well, they technically can illegally, but you people dont care about that...the threat in their mind is typical law abiding american gun owners.
