Agreed, I've never had an issue with The Trainer.

But Foozle taught me that it's cool and fun to hate The Trainer.

No conflict, Foozle simply is in touch with the trainer's mental and physical state and describes it and offers suggestions to him. It's more of a mentor/student relationship where Foozle hopes to better the trainer.
