Title: how is it even possible that milk permanently thickens the skin?

i dont drink milk but i hear this a lot and find it a crazy claim ???


does it then apply to protein powders as well? a byproduct of milk

I read on bb.com that milk deposits a layer of lactose between the epidermis and dermis.  :D

there was some guy called vadim beliaev on bb.com about 8 years ago. He claimed it's a myth, and given his appearance....hard to argue. But who knows, he also took a freightliners' worth of anabolics.
