From those pics. Around 20%...

I do seem to hold shitload of water so sometimes it looks like 25% and 17/18% the other...

Electronic body fat measure says I'm 15% but I don't look as lean as 15% on that picture.

I guess I'm currently around 13% at 210lbs.  Not too bad for a 48 yo natty.
