Do you have Araldite in the usa?
Original and best. Will never come apart.

Rubber cement will offer a permanent flexible bond; I've used it successfully for the same purpose.
Spread a good amount on both surfaces and allow it to dry. Then, carefully line up the sole to the shoe and press firmly. Get the right alignment, though. Once it's together, you'll never pull it back apart. No re-do's.

Shoegoo, same think happened to my boots. Make sure you clean the surface a remove the old glue before you use it.

Any form of glue will be a very temporary band aid.
Trust me. Unless they are nice enough to be re-soled. Or maybe take them to a cobbler.
