phil hill.  won at least one pro show. night of champions when it was the third biggest ifbb show.   can you believe he was criticized for having too large a gut???

I think the term ecomorph is widely misused here.   Ectomorphs cannot look like Phil Hill.  In fact, he's the polar opposite of them.

If you want to use the term "overlooked" then that would go to Michio Grubbs...the Errol Flynn looking bodybuilder. He was overlooked figuratively and literally.

I just don't know why there isn't much about him on the net...not Google, Wiki, YT... all negligible. Weird. Almost as if he's passed...


Get curious sometimes knowing that at some point these guys have to transition into real humans. For many it is the beginning of the end.

So many bodybuilders from the past look like shit today. Some cling. Some stay within reason. Tough call.

Well,it`s gotta` be tiring/discouraging to always get robbed after investing so much time and money into bodybuilding.

Some great bodybuilders of the past never got their just due.

Look at Aaron Baker who you mentioned earlier...........always got the shaft yet looked "cartoonish",but in a good way.

Then there`s Matt Mendenhall,Rory Leidelmeyer,Edgar Fletcher,John Aranita,and so many more.

On the other hand,there have been countless guys who got a Pro-Card only to have done absoulutely nothing with it.
