Title: post workout protein

how much protein should be consumed after working out?.. i normally dont have access to food after i work out...so it has to be from protein powder.  see i'm looking for a new protein powder because i'm out...any suggestions as to what brand? any help would be appreciated

I have been very happy with Muscle Milk by Cytosport.  Give that a try.

is that enough protein?..doesnt it only have 20 or so grams in it?

muscle milk rtd may have around 32g of protein......the best protein that ive been taking usually after a workout is 100% whey Gold Standard by optimum..choc flavor....is bad ass........2 scoops of it with about 12 oz of milk

Isopure Zero Carb and Maltodextrin (or Gatorade Powder)

I consume 3 scoops of Optimum Whey and about 75 grams of Carbs from Dextrose, 10 g creatine, 2 SAN Loaded pills (ALA)
