Well my back is still bothering me a bit so I cant go hardcore this week,simple simon, halo and the rest of the non hardcore guys maybe you can explain your workouts so i can do something easy while my back recovers.

Just avoid any exercise that you feel will aggravate the injury and use lighter weight for the time being.

today is legday but I think i will just do some flat and incline bench, skull crushers and press downs that wont put any stress on my back, if my back feels better tomorrow I will work legs.
