couple of nice variations in there for Home Trainers or even in the Gym. some good Unilateral exercises.( was a couple of Posts recently about weak sides..ie weak right chest and arm) Floor press Looks good and the "Overhead squat Variation". old School stuff.

I've done a few of those back when I was training for sport (hammer, squat press, Russian twist) but past about #15 it got kinda silly
Still great info for variation on well-worn barbell methods
