Hey
I didnt get much sleep last night, feeling kinda sluggish....should i suck it up and pump some iron or take today off. Im sposed to do shoulders/traps

same here! its wierd! that happend to me last leg day....of all days!

Go for it! If I took off every time I missed some sleep I'd never lift.
Actually getting yourself there to the gym to work out can be worst of it and one often feels better and more energetic once you start pumpin'. (BTW, I've even surprised myself by lifting BETTER and MORE on those days!)
And lastly-- I especially like doing back and shoulders, so my vote is ...keep with your plan.

Sometimes on a sluggish day i lift at my best :) and sometimes i doze off or fall asleep for a minute sitting on the bench :-X i think im gonna take a nap haha

well im bout to lift, going against my body oh well i can sleep in tommorow and recover. gonna do 5 mins of cardio to get my ass in gear, than
3 X 8 Clean and Press (from rack)
4 X 12 side laterals
3 X 8 DB Shoulder Press
4 X 12 Seated bent over rear laterals
4 X 10 Barbell Shrugs

i rest when im dead!!!!ii've had great workouts when i was tired.. its not a big deal.
btw i could never train at night bc i would be so pumped up that i cant sleep. i've tried sleeping an hour after train to recover faster. but no way my body would calm down

Same here. When I don't really feel like training I'll make some coffee & train a bodypart I don't want/like to train (& I usually have a decent workout).

Pop some caffeine and go to work...once you get going you'll forget about how tired you are.
