So that the 250g of carbs are absorbed slower, and not all absorbed in 30 minutes. I want it to be slow digestion like pasta. Would eating the potatoes as a snack over 2 hours accomplish this?

Rest assured that the topics is something I been contemplating and researched numerous times before it leads me to ask the question.
I think many of the questions apply to most people too, and sometimes make others realized they been overseeing some interesting details that could potentially have a lot of relevance to what they are doing.
