It's time the press stopped with headlines like SHOCKING TRAGEDY and started using MEH, IT'S BEEN A FEW WEEKS, WE WERE DUE.
I'm officially jaded at this point. These things are just commonplace anymore. It's sad news but I don't have an OMG left in me.

Perhaps.. It's time the press focused a little on how so many school shootings can take place. That is the interesting news, not that Elliot Rodger was a "misogynist" or that he "played video games".
When 9/11 happened, they changed international flight regulations and took a lot of measures and it hasn't occured again. A school shooting, albeit smaller in scale, seems to just happen over and over.

I see where you're coming from but I'm not much for editorial journalism. Anyway, the usual gun debate rehash is due, with all sides digging their heels in. I reckon there'd be a lot less deaths if guns got taken away but if I lived in a shooting gallery I wouldn't want to part with my own gun either.
Young shooters seem to have societal, mental, and hormonal issues, but that's just stating the obvious. Well adjusted people don't do this shit. Half the world is maladjusted tho. You can't throw everyone in the booby hatch. Idk what they're supposed to do to stop it. I just felt like complaining that I've heard one too many of these stories and don't even raise the brows anymore.

As was said, these things happen with ever-greater regularity, so at this point, who cares?
The world's a disaster. We're a seriously goofy species and there is just too damn many of us.
Clown parades left, right and centre.
Fuck the world.
P.S. The human brain is capable of such creations of wonderment, but the problem is, when it goes, it GOES. Right into the shitter.
