I took this exact product. 3mg under the tongue. It dissolved fully in roughly 60 seconds.
I'm "eating popcorn" on this thread until I pass out from its effects.

Def getting sleepy. But thought that I'd be asleep already.

Its good for getting to sleep and staying asleep but can make you feel groggy the next morning and a bit depressed.

3mg is too much. Try 1mg.

Melatonin is very overrated. It gives me nightmares.
For a good night sleep, nothing beats good old L-tryptophan. Add vitamin C and a few cal/mag (chelated)tabs and you're all set.

L- tryptophan or 5-htp works better for me. Takes a couple of days to get used to it.
But then its great for sleep.

Go for a drive hit a speed of 100 miles per hour until you feel sleeply.

I have to take 2 of the 10mg melatonini and 2 benedryl. Sleeping issues suck

I use zma pills as a sleep helper. 6 hours sleep feels like 10. Great stuff.
