full sit ups, bit first also 200 other no weights reps of squats and hamstring dead lifts for warm up. Sometimes I wish I had more weights, but then I remember that's no good anyway.
That is the feebleness in us, that we want to strain, hoist and be heavy. You have to keep that in check. Something I do now.
