In which order would your rank them in time it takes for the carbs to hit the blood stream?

Very true Nick,BUT,snorting the rice doesn`t create as great an insulin spike, which is crucial as I`m sure you are well aware of....that`s why mainlining it is recommended. ;)

I ate a huge meal of white rice, potatoes and polenta together. Low and behold I fell asleep for awhile without being aware of it. Why the fuck does that happen. I'm thinking that it was just so my body used superior glycogenesis to load the muscles with carbs (and energy). Just like I wanted. But it is not that practical to fall asleep.
I remember TA saying that it don't matter if you eat all the sugar at once or spread it out during the day when he and Bob were arguing about it about 7 years ago.
Advice?

Ok, with that in mind, here's my plan.
I will eat some beans, spinach and 10g of fat first, then finish off the meal with the carbs, and a little less of them than I had today.
