Breakfast - 3 raw eggs a day and 2 biscuits made from milk and flour
Lunch - Bowl of minced meat and pasta
Dinner - Glass of milk
Sleep - 7pm - 6am (11 hours)
Washes down each meal with a glass of homemade brandy.
BTW.....Emma was born on 29 November 1899 and still lives alone...cooks all of her meals and cleans her own house!!!! :o

Well, it actually looks like she carb loads in her morning and noon meals.....also she's got to be getting at least 100-150 grams of protein in a day....no vitamins or drugs. I found the story quite interesting.
On a side note, she says that her husband didn't treat her right and she beat up and chased him out of the house for good.
