Title: How Many Of You Still Do The Cory Everson Aerobic Weight Training Workout?

I still enjoy watching on my TDK Beta Maxes Rick Valente huff and puff on a box step and trying to keep up. Very revolutionary for that time. How many of you put on your candy cane stripped Perfecto Wear shirts, scrunchie socks and reminisce?
