Title: Getpinz server was in fact hacked
Post by: adren on January 25, 2006, 08:59:17 AM: I just received a phone call from a good bud of mine who in turn called Getpinz and was told that their server was in fact hacked and that the authorities are looking into that. Now since the server was hacked and whoever did it might also have people credit card info, to take whatever precautions they deem necessary to protect themselves. There is nothing illegal they sell on the site so nobody has anything to worry about with that, just if the hackers decided to use people's credit cards, then there would be some concern there. The site should be back up shortly.

Post by: jpeso on January 25, 2006, 12:53:10 PM: Some places in the US, you CANT go into a pharmacy and ask for pinz anymore. Its hit or miss really. And the larger chains seem to be more conservative. A know a pharmacist with instructions to 'look out for suspect folks' >:(

I beleive its cheaper on the net also.

Do farming supply stores have 22-25 gauge pins? I heard some people say they've only found 16-20 gauge at farming supply stores.
