At the Tyre centre near me there used to be a guy working there who if you could beat him on reps with 205lbs you d get your tracking (worth £40) free. They had a bench in the staff area. He was there 12 years and only 3 guys ever beat him, shows how weak the average Joe is.

If it really is 100lbs, wouldn't the plastic bar bend?

Stronger than me when I first started lifting. So I hope for his sake this was his first workout ever.
