20lbs is 20 day is hard. You need to log off and become focused.
Eating junk is for fat fucks that live for flavour and short term happiness
cutting carbs should be good for an easy 8lbs the first couple days.. then it'll slow down, another 4 lbs the next couple days... then it's 8 more lbs over the course of 15days or so.. not impossible, but won't be all bodyfat.. 1/2 of the weight will come back the first day you eat carbs and drink water.

His quitting responding to me and trolling me has given me new motivation. The battle is over as far as I am concerned.
I have been beyond pathetic lately. I am over it. I have had to deal with woman problem's and depression. I get like that sometimes. Party time is over.
Goals & Objectives: Lose 20lb in 20 days. Gonna blog it in nutrition section with vids.
-Diet starts tomorrow (no coke, no crisps, no chocolate, no bread, rice, potatoes, no carbs, no nothing.....just salad and green veg, chicken, fish and uhhh more gross rank dry skinless chicken + water and green tea)
- Twice a day cardio + bunch of HIIT (basically gonna run in the morning, weight train afternoon, run again at night, skip, box, whatever)
- Coming down to 250mg Test only, so I won't get super horny & wanna party, control appetite and not be a dick.
- Ain't having sex and I quit whores, gonna kill my sex drive by crashing my E2 taking Arimdiex 1mg EOD and losing ton of water.
- Ain't answering no ones fucking phone calls, train, eat, sleep + repeat robot mode.
- Ain't trolling the board no more, ain't gonna type in purple till I lose 20lbs (then I can have my purple privileges back), keep posts to less than 15 a day.
It's time to starve and get hungry about my goals again.
I am gonna show you my serious side.

the guy who's willing to go the furthest, wins. if you're not willing to go all the way, it's best you keep your mouth shut and move on, and make it to the next day.

I started dieting last sunday, 0 carbs, just a little bit of lettuce and broccoli with chicken, tuna, eggs, etc. But holy hell last night I was sick as fark and felt like crap, I couldn't even sleep.
I still don't know if it is because of the diet, or some tropical disease. :-\

zero carb diets is a quick fixed I think its better to just eat clean all year round and with a bit of cheating every now and then that way you are always in shape.

- add raw fruit to your diet, you'll need the vitamins. Eat raw unsalted nuts as well.
- Never go hungry. Eat lean meat, oatmeal, rice cakes, low fat yoghurt, fruit, whole wheat bread if you are hungry.
- Drink fruit smoothies once a day.

You said something similar to this like 2 weeks ago when I said you were a fat tub of shit and I was amazed you were on test and gh yet still looked that bad. You posted a bunch of pics to help motivate yourself to get in shape then took them all down later

Just to clarify few misconceptions about my drugs protocol, especially GH use.
I initially experimented with GH several months ago for the first time, I took between 3-7 IU a day for whole of 45 days and quit.
I was expecting to use it as a fat loss tool and at that time I was not using AA's.
I was very disappointed with the results from an aesthetic prospective but could see other benefits, such as better skin condition, better sleep, sense of well being and recovery from injuries.
I had to stop taking GH because it was causing my fasting blood glucose levels to reach near pre diabetic levels.
I have recently done some blood tests to see if I have pre-diabetes or not (previous results seemed to indicate not) and I will get results back next week.
I started using testosterone for the first time beginning April of this year for the first time in my life. I started at 500mg and went up to 750mg and then reduced back down to 500mg.
Now I have had severe bursitis and impingement in both shoulders, especially the left which requires surgery which I have been putting off.
The reason I started GH IM injections into the left delt along with the 4th shot of cortisone I have had in it this year was purely to do with trying to rehabilitate the left shoulder injury, so I blasted it for few weeks into left delt IM and it seemed to improve it greatly.
Effectively I use GH adhoc to rehabilitate injuries and again at small doses such as 4IU a day and also get some other mild benefits from it.
I don't use it for other purposes currently such as fat loss or muscle gain because if I used it consistently it messes up my fasting blood sugars levels and I don't want to be injecting insulin if I can help it although in way if I did have to do that then i would greatly increase my GH use and frequency.
I will be first to admit everything is early stages and work in progress, maybe I will never amount to having a decent physique like you guys but will get it a damn good shot.
