I have known a guy who was 34yo who had a heart attack in his 2nd cycle. It happened after a heavy squat set.
Doses where within half a gram a week. Just some test and deca, pharmacy stuff.
You don't need high doses to die.

You and I are a similar demographic. I thank god every day I don't have the usual plethora of old person maladies..the bad back, bum knee, high cholesterol..etc etc. I'm still intact.

I am not invincible, I have two bulging discs in my lower and one in my mid back.
Knees are a bastard at the moment, Im training legs maybe once every 2 weeks , I get a pain over the kneecap.
Going to start doing them every other day to see if I can get some mobility and movement.

I don't know ... maybe, like, a loose power rack tips over onto him with a barbell loaded with 765 pounds within it. Then the REAL lifter, seated in front of it waiting to do a set, starts to laugh uproariously seeing the crushed and smashed Bostin lying broken and dead.

The extra body size of steroid users makes it near impossible for bus drivers not to hit them - feet on the sidewalk but the rear delt still in the middle of the road.

My knees are fucked too. I am a little older than you (and look a lot worse). I have had some success with keeping my weights low and doing high-rep sets (20+) plus adding in sled-dragging and pushing work outside.
Plus, I do a LOT of hip mobility work because much of my problems seem to have started there.
Anyway, I have made my peace that I will NEVER get under more than 225 on a squat. NEVER.
