nothing should suprise you at this point,,modern bbing ,i agree with u coach its sad to have to other things after doing the 'basics'to get you on stage.

Ryan contracted a heart viruses and has severe congestive heart failure. He spent time a the Mayo Clinic and was released home. He is now home with his wife and three beautiful little girls. He is going to focus on getting better for the time being. Ryan is a genuine all around good guy and he was upset about not being able to do the show. I told him to take care of himself and his family first and bodybuilding will always be here. Wish him all the best and a speedy recovery.

My left delt has a surface cyst on it -- it has gotten worse. It is like a hard nodule.
But typical gear does have to go places, not just glutes......

Are you the same futurefreak on Professional Muscle? If so all the best and much respect to you as I read your peak week thread some time ago and it really helped to refine my ideas that in turn have helped quite a few people. Your attitude and honesty were great.

GREESZ, I hope you don't mind if I post some shots of some of the contestants.
These photos are submitted based on the quality of the photo itself and not on the quality of the contestant in the photo (due to low battery power a lot of the shots were blurred.)
5:20 in the morning, I gotta get some sleep before heading back to shoot more blurry shotts and maybe a couple of good ones.
Lady shots to be posted tonite. A great line-up of great looking ladies.
I think that there are 824 contestants this year. POSSIBLY.

I always encourage the best of them to seek a Hollywood movie agent.
I'll make a separate post on this Hollywood movie agent 'stuff' when time allows as it appears to be a much overlooked or neglected subject.
